Hi, my name Coach Mo! I graduated WWU in 2020 with a degree in Kinesiology and went on to found MOHI Sports Performance, a training service dedicated to building the most complete athletes. I started out my career at Gritworks Athletics in 2018 and went on my own venture starting in 2021. My specialty is field athletes and court athletes, but I’ve worked with hundreds of different clients from different sports. Services offered include athletic training, general fitness training, knee and ankle rehabilitation, sprint and agility work, gait analysis, and jump mechanics. I offer 1-on-1 sessions, 2-on-1’s, and small group training.

Hey there! I'm Allison but most of my friends call me Al. I recently graduated from WSU with my bachelor's in Kinesiology with a minor in strength and conditioning. I started weight training over five years ago and fell in love with the discipline and strength it gave me at a time when my mental health was at its lowest. While I might spend a lot of time at the gym, I also believe in a balanced lifestyle. I have worked with a variety of individuals ranging from athletes at WSU to elderly clients just looking to stay active. What's going on! My name is Isaiah, I’ve been working out for a little over 8 years and have been a NASM Certified personal trainer for the past year. Throughout my time training I’ve learned many things along the way when it comes to working out. I've been on both ends of the fitness spectrum, from being overweight and unhealthy to being fit and in shape. My goal is not only to share my knowledge but help you achieve your own personal fitness goals and spark that fire inside you.
