Hey there! I’m Meghann. If you haven’t introduced yourself yet, please do. I have been a personal trainer for a decade, helping people find their inner strength. I have been through quite the fitness journey over the years, losing weight and building strength, and found a love for powerlifting in the process. I am the powerlifting coach here at TG, and am also a meet director, regional referee and state chair.
